Do not panic. There is an easy way: appending ?contents=1 to your URL query string will enter the "Web Part Page Maintenance" and from here you can just reset or delete the culprit web part.

From SwearPoint to SharePoint Series - Oops I broke it again...
Sometimes things don't go as planned and you just added a new web part that breaks your SharePoint page. Now you need to try and reach out to the administrator to restore a backup but you don’t have the time to do so, or s/he is just hiding from you because it's the third time in an hour that you requested a restore :)
